On Day 1, visitors are suggested to reach Alibaug and check-in to their hotel or Airbnb. After having lunch on the Alibag Beach, they can take a stroll on the beach before heading to Korlai Fort, which is 50 minutes away from Alibaug. Although the fort is closed due to COVID, the view from the top is spectacular, and visitors can watch the sunset before heading back to their hotel.
On Day 2, visitors can take a horse cart from the Alibag Beach to Kolaba Fort, which costs INR 5 per person. The fort is situated in the middle of the sea, and it offers some of the most beautiful views of the Arabian Sea. Post-lunch, they can head to Kihim Beach and enjoy some water sports before leaving for Amby Valley, which is three hours away from Alibaug. Visitors can check-in to their hotel/villa, have dinner, and rest for the day.
There are also famous street markets and food spots in Alibaug, such as Raigadi Bazaar and Sanman Restaurant, where visitors can shop and enjoy authentic Gomantak-style seafood thali, respectively.
The off-season in Alibaug is from April to June, and the temperature ranges from 25°C to 32°C.
