Yes. Every price on the site is the final amount payable, with 18% GST already inside it. Nothing is added at the payment screen. If your state is the same as ours it appears on the invoice as CGST and SGST at 9% each; anywhere else it is IGST at 18%. The total is the same either way.

Yes — tick the company box on the buy form and add the registered name, GSTIN and billing address, so you can claim the input tax credit. The invoice is emailed within minutes of payment.

By trip length: ₹999 up to 7 days, and more for longer trips — the exact figures are on How it works. Ready-made itineraries cost less because they are already written. Members of the Kit or the Annual membership pay less, or nothing.

Custom starts from nothing: you answer four questions about your trip and the whole thing is planned around those answers — your dates, your stops, your pace, the food you eat. Any country we cover, any length.

Mix and match starts from a trip our team has already planned. You take one of our ready-made itineraries and swap a stop or two in from a similar trip in the same country. Each swap says in nights exactly what it displaces, so the trip stays the same length. It is then re-planned around your swaps and your dates — a new document, not the ready-made PDF, because we can't rewrite one that is already printed.

Mix and match costs less than custom and more than the ready-made, which is what it is: our route, re-planned for you. For a trip up to 7 days in India that is ₹749, against ₹499 to take the itinerary as it stands and ₹999 to have one written from scratch. If you already know your own route, go custom — starting from ours saves nothing. If you like one of our trips but want two days somewhere else, mix and match is cheaper and faster.

Yes. Join the Annual membership within 30 days of paying for a custom itinerary and what you paid is credited against the ₹2,499: a ₹999 itinerary makes the membership ₹1,500. Sign in with the email you ordered with and the credited price shows on the Annual membership page before you pay.

Before you pay, we read your whole request back and name the parts where we had to guess — a stop with more nights than it has sights, a group too big for a cooking class, a route that costs you two internal flights, a country we would have to research live. You settle those, then pay. It costs nothing to get that far and you can walk away.

No. The country, your stops and your dates are. Everything else — specific places you already want in, must-haves, things to avoid — is optional, and skipping them is not a worse request. It hands the choosing to the planner, which is what you are paying for.

Yes, and it is honoured as written. A city listed twice is a return leg, not a mistake — if you fly home from where you arrived, put that city in again at the end. The route you give overrides our own idea of a sensible order.

Usually because of the pace you chose: “unhurried” means one anchor a day and room to sit still, by design. If a day looks empty rather than calm, that is what a change request is for — and it is the setting we would change first.

No. We plan; you book. Stays come with Booking.com and Airbnb links so you can book them yourself. We do not take money from hotels to be listed; some booking links are partner links that may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you, and it never decides what we recommend. You pay us once, for the plan.

We research it live and the document says so on its face. Every place we name is real and currently operating, and every map link is checked to land in the right country before the document goes out.

That is why we count adults, seniors, children and infants separately and ask how many rooms you want. Group size is a hard constraint from the first screen: boats, cooking classes and small guesthouses cap out at six to eight, and we plan around that instead of discovering it when you try to book.

Yes — say so in the must-haves box in plain words (“my father uses a cane”, “no early starts”). Each of those removes or adds real options. It changes the day, not just the wording.

It is applied to every meal we suggest, not just noted at the top. You get named local dishes worth finding and where to find them, rather than “vegetarian options available”.

In 20 to 30 minutes. You don't need to sit on the confirmation page — it lands in your account and by email, and you can read the days in the browser as well as in the PDF. If it has not arrived within 45 minutes, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it for you.

Every custom itinerary includes change requests. Say what is wrong in your own words and the itinerary is revised for exactly that. Anything that is our mistake is fixed free and never counts. Further rounds after that are charged.

Our refund and cancellation policy applies, and refunds go back through Razorpay to the same method you paid with. Ready-made itineraries are delivered instantly and are not returnable once downloaded, which is why they cost less.

On Android, yes — the app's checkout is this one, with coupons and member prices exactly as here.

On an iPhone, Apple takes the payment and sells only at its own fixed prices, so coupons and member prices cannot be applied there. If you are a Kit or Annual member the app shows you no purchase at all rather than charge you the ordinary price — buy here instead and it appears in the app straight away. Everything you already own opens in the app on either phone, and members' free ready-made itineraries download there as usual.
