Top reasons to visit Jordan include exploring the ancient city of Petra, floating in the mineral-rich Dead Sea, experiencing the Martian-like landscapes of Wadi Rum, marveling at Roman ruins in Jerash, enjoying Red Sea diving in Aqaba, tasting delicious cuisine, experiencing warm Bedouin hospitality, and visiting significant religious sites like Mount Nebo, all within a remarkably safe and accessible country. This 7-day itinerary will help you experience the country like never before.

The best time to visit Jordan is between March and May, when the weather is perfect, even if you want to travel to the desert. This is the peak season in the country. September to February is also a good time to travel in Jordan, for the weather is fairly good, except for the biting cold nights in the desert areas.

What you get

  • 8 days, in order — where to be each morning, afternoon and evening, with the travel between them.
  • Where to stay — the nights in each place, with links that open the hotel for your dates.
  • Places and food by name — real restaurants and sights, each opening on the map, never "a local eatery".
  • What it costs — a budget summary per traveller, and what to carry in cash.
  • Yours to keep — a PDF you can read on your phone offline, and in the app.

Mix and match

Swap a stop in from a similar trip

Each swap says what it displaces, so the trip stays 8 days. A swapped route is a new itinerary, re-planned for you — ₹1,349, not this ready-made PDF: we can't rewrite a document that is already printed. It costs less than a custom itinerary written from scratch, and more than this one as it stands. Leave the swaps alone and this page buys exactly as it always did, downloaded the minute you pay.

Your route as it stands: Amman · 5n → Petra · 2n

Before you buy

What exactly do I get?

The full 8-day itinerary, day by day: timings, real places with map links, stays, and food. You can read it in your browser or download the PDF, both the minute you pay. It also sits in your account, so you can open it again from any device, and the GST invoice is emailed with it.

Is there any support after I buy?

Yes, and it is free. If something in the plan does not suit you — a stay outside your budget, a different transport option, restaurants for a dietary need, or combining this with another itinerary — tell us and one of us will sort it out with you on WhatsApp. Message +91 98733 95006 or write to hello@diytinerary.com. We reply on weekdays.

These are not my dates. Can I still use it?

Yes. The itinerary is written by day, not by date, so it works whenever you go — the seasonal notes tell you what changes. If you would rather have it built around your actual dates, group and budget, use Adapt this itinerary for my dates above: that is a new itinerary written for you, and it costs less than one written from scratch.

Can I change the stops?

Yes — use the mix-and-match block above. Each swap says in nights exactly what it displaces, so the trip stays 8 days. A swapped route is re-planned for you rather than this ready-made document.

Is it refundable?

A ready-made itinerary is a file you receive immediately, so it is not refundable as a matter of course. A refund can be requested within 24 hours of a first purchase, and we look at genuine problems case by case — if the document will not open or is not what the page described, tell us and we will fix it or refund it. The full terms are on our refund and cancellation page.

Is GST included?

Yes. The price you see is the final amount, with 18% GST already inside it. Nothing is added at the payment screen, and the invoice carries your state as the place of supply. If you are buying for a company, add the GSTIN on the form and the invoice comes with it so you can claim the input credit.
